DEPOSITS

To secure an appointment, we require a non-refundable booking fee. This fee will be discounted off the cost of your treatment. Payment is made when you initially book, either by PayPal or Card Payment. Deposits are only transferable up to 48 hours before your appointment, anything after this will be considered a late cancellation and the deposit will be held to settle this.​

SAME DAY CANCELLATION​

In the event of a same-day cancellation, you must email info@lashbarldn.com with your full name and appointment information as soon as possible. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of their remaining balance. This will be charged to the card on file. In the event there is no chargeable card on file, or the card declines, you will be required to clear your balance at the start of your next appointment.

NO-SHOWS​

In the event of a no-show, meaning you did not attend your appointment and there was no communication prior, you will be charged 100% of your appointment balance and will be at risk of being blocked from our system. we have a two-strike system. Balance will be charged to the card on file.

LATENESS​

We would like to give every available minute possible to applying your lashes. So please arrive at your appointment, whether it is for an infill or full set, with NO eye makeup on. Eye makeup can affect lash extensions and removing it takes up time and eats into the slot you have paid for.

FOREIGN FILLS​

Due to the high quality of products we use, we will not infill another technicians work. A removal and full set would be required in this instance. In addition, we do not offer refunds on any service provided as we are not able to recoup any expenses, products or time spent on each treatment.

SHEDDING​​

Please remember that shedding is normal, however excessive shedding is not. We have a 72 hour grace period to report any issues with your treatment. Each case will be assessed individually, and a decision will be made by the technician on a suitable outcome.
